Wheel of Time
HAUS was tasked with creating an interactive, 3D map built directly in the Amazon Prime UI for their first season of Wheel of Time. To create the map, one of our designers laid it out in vectors, then I used TerraformFX within Cinema 4D to create the terrain. Then Creative Director Andy Lund and I tag teamed the texture painting process. The map was designed such that the fog of war lifted and paths were created that followed the characters’ journeys with each new release.
Amazon asked for a hero sizzle to play before the map loads, so I created this render using Cinema 4D and Octane.
I created this motion piece for the case study HAUS put together for this project.

I was also responsible for taking vectors created by our designer and creating medallions to go along with the locations on the map.
